Financial Policies

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific contract, cloud services (billed as "domain hosting", "virtual server" or "virtual workstation") are enagaged for a 1 year term, which auto-renews on the 1-year anniversary of the first billing. To cancel services, you must notify Dynamis in writing via fax, email, or registered letter, of your intent to cancel services. Any termination of services prior to a 1 year term is subject to an early termination fee equal to the remaining payment of services for 1 year, prorated from the date of receipt of notification of termination to the next annual anniversary of the first billing.

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific contract, network services (billed as "support units" or "server support") are engaged for a 4 month term, which auto-renews on the 1 month anniversary of the each billing. To cancel services, you must notify Dynamis in writing via fax, email, or registered letter, of your intent to cancel services, at least 4 months in advance. Any termination of services with less than 4 months notice is subject to an early termination fee equal to the remaining payment of services for 4 months.

Hourly services are not subject to any termination fees. Hourly services are billed at the hourly rate; payment is due within 7 days of date of invoice. Non payment of hourly services may result in termination or delay of services.
